PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-layered recycled paper envelope that has excellent durability and can be used with excellent repeating work property, and to provide a method for using the same.SOLUTION: A double-layered recycled paper envelope is arranged with a polyolefin layer for an outer surface or inner surface and can be reused such that sealing of an opening part is repeatedly opened and closed by lowering adhesive force of a surface layer of an adhesive material for sealing the opening part of the envelope through which a content such as a letter is put in or out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
