Title:
TWO-LEG DRAWING PIN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0952496
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To make it possible to prevent the sliding down of a thumb tack and the shaking when being pressed by increasing an auxiliary leg at the side of the main leg of the tack, shortening the length of the auxiliary leg as compared with the main leg, and integrating it with the plastic thumb tack body.

Both the ends of steel wires for constituting a main leg 1 and an auxiliary leg 2 are sharpened like needles in a U shape. In this case, the length of the leg 2 is shortened as compared with that of the leg 1. The legs 1 and 2 are fixed to the plastic thumb tack body 3. The body 3 starts to be pressed, the leg 1 is inserted by the force as usual, the leg 2 is added at the rear half to be inserted, the body 3 is fixed with strong pressing, and the pressed bulletins is scarcely slid down and supported. Thus, the two legs are provided so that the shape of the body 3 becomes elliptical and is not rolled down. Further, the pin is easily held and pressed. Its directivity is felt. The force can easily be applied, and the decision of the operation can early be made. The legs 1, 3 are sufficiently fixed to plastic and not falls down.
