Title:
TWO-LINE MULTIPLE STATION BUS SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3516482
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a two-line multiple station bus system with which an analog signal generator can be accessed directly by holding the clock of a clock line during the transmission of an analog signal.
CONSTITUTION: A master station 20 receives an analog signal transmitted from a slave station 22 through a data line 24 by a line receiver 30. Then, while the analog signal is being generated from the station 22, a prescribed binary value is applied from a line drive circuit 42 to a clock line 26, and clocking is held. Further, the analog signal is received, until the line 26 is switched to the other binary value. Therefore, the two-line multiple station bus system can be provided for directly accessing a simple analog signal generator, without providing each slave station with an A/D converter and can expand its field to for use to a purpose for generating both the digital and analog signals.
