A two-liquid collision mixing valve comprises a single hole nozzle fuel valve 1 mounted on a cylinder head 3; and a single hole nozzle water injection valve 2 having the fuel valve 1 and a collision angle being an angle θdeg (90≥θ>0) and mounted on a cylinder slide surface 5. Fuel spray flows injected through the fuel valve 1 and the water injection valve 2 are collided and mixed with each other and forms a two-liquid collision mixture spray flow. This constitution mixes together fuel spray and water spray, atomizes fuel spray through rapid vaporization, and reduces the generation of NOx. Further, this constitution prevents adhesion of only water spray to the cylinder slide surface 5 as a result of water and fuel being mixed together and prevents the occurrence of a trouble, such as abnormal wear.
