To provide a two-member assembly structure using one type of clip to be inserted into the clip hole of another member while keeping its inserting load constant and its holding load selective.
The clip attached to seat portions of a mounting member is inserted into the clip hole of another member to assemble two members. The clip 10 includes a locked arm 20, and the locked arm 20 includes locking faces 24a, 26a which are locked to the edge of the clip hole to hold the clip 10 without being removed from another member 40 when inserting the clip into the clip hole 42 of another member 40. The prepared seat portions 32, 34 of the mounting member 30 are high and low holding ones, and the locking faces 24a, 26a of the clip 10 are high and low holding ones having different inclination angles. Either high or low holding seat portion is selected and the clip 10 is attached thereto. Thus, the high or low holding locking face corresponding to the selection is locked to the edge of the clip hole 43.
