Title:
TWO-PACK COATING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3457934
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means with which frequency of discharging a curing agent to the air can be reduced as a means for suppressing pressure rise in a curing agent supply route.
SOLUTION: Since an air motor stopping means 32 stops an air motor 10 when pressure in the curing agent supply route 15 reaches a sep value of a lower pressure side, the pressure is prevented from rising to a set value of a higher pressure side. When pressure rise in the curing agent supply route 15 cannot be suppressed only by the air motor stopping means 32 and the pressure reaches the set value of the higher pressure side, the curing agent in the curing agent supply route 15 is discharged to the air by a curing agent discharging means 33 to suppress pressure rise in the curing agent supply route 15. Thus, pressure rise is suppressed by stopping the air motor 10 at a stage where pressure rise value is comparatively low and consequently frequency of discharging the curing agent in the air can be reduced.
