The first pocket constitution sheet 30 is independent, and adhered to the front cover body 18 at an adhesion rim 32 with an interval between the nearby first pocket constitution sheet. The second pocket constitution sheet 40 is formed so that the opening rim 42 aligning with the adhesion rim of the first pocket constitution sheet 30 is opened facing to the opening rim 52 of the nearby sheet-like pocket 22 at a position facing to the front cover body to which the adhesion rim of the first pocket constitution sheet is adhered.
