To provide a mixing and pouring container with a hair comb which is excellent in mixing and handling two-part liquid mixing type liniment for dyeing hair wherein the liniment can be poured out among teeth of the comb, a full length of the comb can be formed to be as short as possible, and the container is also excellent in packability and storability.

A container body 220 comprises a lower vessel 210, a cylindrical upper vessel 220 to be fitted into an inner peripheral surface of a mouth of the lower vessel and an inner plug 230 which defines the inside of the upper vessel into liquid housings 216 and 228 comprising two upper and lower chambers and drops into the lower vessel. The hair comb 400 comprises a screw cylinder 410 to be screwed over a mouth 225 of the upper vessel 220, a handle 420 formed with a guide path 424, hair combing teeth 42 integrally provided with the handle, a pour-out port 426 formed on the handle for pouring out the liniment and a push rod 417 extending downward at the center of and integrally formed with the screw cylinder to come into contact with the inner plug for pushing it downward and having it dropped.
