To provide a two part ordinary temperature-curable waterproof material composition which has excellent adhesivity (coating film bondability) between recoated coating films or excellent adhesivity between a coating film and a top coating film coated on the coating film, has excellent curability not only at ordinary temperature but also at low temperature, has adjustable curability, and gives cured coating films having excellent mechanical strengths and excellent heat resistance, and to provide a waterproof laminate which contains a coating film comprising the waterproof material composition as a waterproof coating film layer.

This two part ordinary temperature curable waterproof material composition comprising a main agent consisting mainly of an isocyanate- terminated urethane prepolymer obtained by the reaction of tolylene diisocyanate with a polyol, and a curing agent consisting mainly of a diamine compound having a toluenediamine structure, a bifunctional polypropylene glycol having a mol.wt. of ≤700, and an acid catalyst.
