Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a conventional eight-coil electrode stator structure, it is difficult to improve torque of a two-phase hybrid type stepping motor of which the motor size is about 10 mm and the resolution (the number of steps per rotation) is about 100, at low cost.SOLUTION: In the two-phase hybrid type stepping motor, from both ends of a substantially arcuate yoke part 2, (m) pieces of tooth groups are provided radially in a radial direction. In the yoke part 2, two unit stators 1 with a winding shaft having a winding in a circumferential direction are disposed while keeping a predetermined angle in a circumferential direction. A substantially disc-shaped permanent magnet which is magnetized in an axial direction is held by deviating two magnetic bodies between which there is an air gap and each of which has N pieces of teeth at an electric angle of 180° from each other. In a central part thereof, a so-called hybrid rotor having a rotary shaft 20 is disposed oppositely in a freely rotatable manner, where (m) is a positive integer and N is a positive integer equal to or greater than 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
