Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-phase hybrid type stepping motor which can be rotated at high speed and is capable of reducing vibration and noise.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a two-phase hybrid type stepping motor comprising: a stator core 2 including eight main poles 7 and including four small teeth 5 in a distal end of each of the main poles 7; and a rotor core 10 disposed inside of the stator core 2 and including thirty small teeth 11 in an outer periphery. When a pitch of the small teeth 5 of the stator core 2 is defined as θ(°), a tooth width of the small teeth 5 of the stator core 2 is defined as Wand a tooth width of the small teeth 11 of the rotor core 10 is defined as Win a case where a step angle is 3°, 11.5°≤θ<12° and 0.73≤W/W≤1.11 are satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
