Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-phase stainless steel sheet excellent in intergranular corrosion resistance without adding expensive alloy elements, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A two-phase stainless steel sheet is made to have no σ phase in a metallic structure and a difference between a minimum Cr concentration in a γ phase close to an α/γ phase interface in the γ phase and an average Cr concentration in a zone away from the α/γ phase interface of less than 1.5%, by conducting a solid solution heat treatment including heating the two-phase stainless steel sheet containing, by mass%, C:0.05% or less, Si:0.10 to 1.00%, Mn:0.3 to 2.0%, Al:0.001 to 0.05%, N:0.05 to 0.4%, Ni:4 to 9%, Cr:20 to 27%, Mo:2 to 5%, Cu:0.01 to 0.30%, W:0.01 to 0.4%, B:0.0001 to 0.001%, Ca:0.0006 to 0.01, to 1000 to 1100°C, then cooling it at a cooling rate of 3°C/s or more to 800°C or more, and then cooling it at 6°C/s or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
