To provide a two-piece roller bearing which can prevent an axial movement of a roller without including a collar or the like in a raceway ring by minimizing the skew of a roller and prolong a rolling fatigue life by preventing an increase in contact surface pressure.

A roller bearing is equipped with an inner ring 1, an outer ring, a ring-like retainer having a plurality of pockets arranged circumferentially and a plurality of rollers 3 held in the respective pockets of the retainer. The outer ring 2 and the retainer are divided into two divisions arranged circumferentially. In the roller bearing, outer peripheral surfaces 1a, 1b of the inner ring 1 have groove shapes having diameters increasing as both ends 3b axially approach side edges. In the roller 3, the outer peripheral surface of an axial center 3a is formed on a cylindrical surface. The center 3a comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the outer ring. Both axial ends 3b are formed in tapered shapes and brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface 1b of the inner ring 1.
