Abstract:
To provide a two-stage gear change output device which can perform a two-stage gear change by the forward/reverse rotation of a motor, and an electric bicycle using the two-stage gear change output device.SOLUTION: A two-stage gear change output device is composed of a spindle rod, a motor unit, a first gear change unit and a second gear change unit. The first gear change unit and the second gear change unit are arranged in an output wheel housing by a first oneway clutch component which operates in a forward direction, and a second oneway clutch component, and the motor unit reversely and rotationally drives the first oneway clutch component of the first gear change unit, forwardly drives and rotates the output wheel housing, drives the second oneway clutch component of the second gear change unit, and idles it with respect to the output wheel housing. The motor unit also forwardly and rotationally drives the second oneway clutch component of the second gear change unit, forwardly drives and rotates the output wheel housing, and idles the first oneway clutch component of the first gear change unit with respect to the output wheel housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
