To improve reliability of a two stage compressor upon operation so as not to make a partitioning member deflect toward a piston at a low stage side in the two stage compressor provided with the partitioning member put between cylinders at the low stage side and a high stage side.
A partitioning member (1) includes sidewall parts (7a and 7b) at a low stage side and a high stage side such that a concave part (6) is formed at a periphery (5) of a through-hole (4) of a drive shaft (20), and, while an inner periphery of the sidewall part (7b) at the high stage side is configured to be able to curve, the partitioning member (1) includes a seal member (8) which can freely expand and contract and which seals between tips of both the sidewall parts (7a and 7b) and a small hole part (9) which passes through the sidewall part (7a) at the low stage side to allow communication between inner space (6a) of the concave part (6) and a compressing room (28) at the low stage side.
