Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-stage compression freezing system capable of restricting heating of suction gas within a two-stage compressor by high temperature oil returned from an oil separator or over-heating of a high-stage compressor without using an intermediate cooler or oil cooler, and capable of preventing its capability from being decreased or its configuration from being complicated.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a two-stage compression freezing system 1 provided with a two-stage compressor 2 having a low-stage compressor 21 and a high-stage compressor 22 are arranged within a closed housing 20 of which inside is kept under intermediate pressure. There are provided an oil separator 3 arranged at a discharging pipe 9A, an oil returning pipe 13 for returning oil separated at the oil separator 3 into the closed housing 20 under intermediate pressure, and a gas injection pipe 14 for injecting intermediate pressure refrigerant gas got from a gas-liquid separator 6 arranged in a refrigerant circuit 10 in the closed housing 20. The oil returning pipe 13 and the gas injection pipe 14 are independently communicated and connected into the closed housing 20 between the low-stage compressor 21 and the high-stage compressor 22 of the two-stage compressor 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
