PURPOSE: To obtain the two-way communication equipment in which a stable gain is obtained by applying sure grounding to a transmission section and a reception section in the two-way communication equipment mainly sending a voice signal and a data signal.

CONSTITUTION: Two partition chambers provided by using partition plates 23, 25 in the vicinity of one longitudinal side face 22a of a frame 22 are provided with a transmission section and a reception section and the grounding of the transmission section and the reception section is connected to the partition plates 23, 25 and plural projections 30-35 provided to a front cover 38 and a rear cover 39 and press contacts 23a, 27a provided to the partition plates 23, 25 are in contact with each other. Thus, sure grounding is taken, a stable gain is obtained and a load fluctuation is reduced.
