Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute two-way communication service in the order of arrival with an opposite party assigned to an opposite terminal by successively transmitting first and second requests including identifying information of its own station and exchanging transmitting information with a network when response as against the second request is recognized to make a call.
SOLUTION: Gate way means 13-1 to 13-M relays transmitting information which is exchanged by the transmission source terminal of the second request and the opposite terminals 14-1 to 14-N executes exchange as the call opposite party of the terminal. A bridge means 15 forms a call path by an external instraction and a queuing means 16 forms a queue concerning the first request. An allotment control means 17 monitors the number of the gate way means where a path is not formed between the network 11 and the call path within the gate way means 13-1 to 13-M, the first request is taken-out from the queue at the time of increase by FIFO and a destination for instracting the gate way means is given. The destinations of the plural terminals 12-1 to 12-n are adopted as those of the second request and transmitting information.
