To provide a two-way rotation clutch used for an opening/closing device for an electric slide door which is simple in structure and can reduce costs and improve energy efficiency.

This clutch is constituted by a mounting bracket 2 for supporting a driving shaft 25, a rotation driven member 31 supported by the mounting bracket 21 and the driving shaft 25 and having inclined faces 32a and 33 on the inner circumferential portion, a screw body 26 mounted on the driving shaft 25, and an operating body 36 inserted in the inner circumferential portion of the rotation driven member 31, arranged at the mounting bracket 21 through a torque limiter 40, and having a female screw part to be screwed to the screw body 26 with press fit parts 36a and 36b formed, and rotation transmission in both the directions is enabled by moving the operating body 36 through the spring body 26 by rotation driving of the driving shaft 25 in the forward and reverse directions and by pressing its press fit parts 36a and 36b onto the inner circumferential portion of the rotation driven member 31, and when a motor is stopped, a rotation motion of the rotation driven member 31 is allowed in the forward and reverse directions.
