To achieve long life while reducing the manufacturing costs and the assembly hours in a two way valve.
A two way valve 10 includes: a valve body 82 which is made of an elastic material and is connected with a lower end part of a shaft 80. The valve body 82 is composed of: a body part 100 having a shaft part 98 connected with the shaft 80; and a skirt part 102 formed at the outer peripheral side of the body part 100 and having a thin film form. An outer edge part 104 of the skirt part 102 is held between a connection part 42 of a body 14 and a small diameter part 48 of a housing 16. A lip part 106, which annularly protrudes downward, is formed at a center part of the body part 100. The lip part 106 is seated on a top part 34 of a partition wall 30 of the body 14 thereby bringing the valve into a closed state.
