Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce leaking magnetic fluxes and to enhance the precision of the dimensions in installing a rotor, by forming a rotor-holding unit by bending the second narrow stator pole into a U shape, and linking it to the first stator pole by a non-magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:The first wide stator pole 4 and the second narrow stator pole 5 are arranged at opposing positions with individual centers displaced each other. The rotor holding unit 6 is formed by bending a pole teeth 2 of the second stator pole 5 into a t shape. The tip of the second stator pole 5 is linked to a pole teeth 1 of the first stator pole 4 by a bush 11 made of a non-magnetic material and a screw 12. A central pole 8 is inserted into a coil 9 and into a hole 10 which is provided in the pole 4. In this constitution, since the stator pole teeth surrounds the rotor 3, leakage magnetic fluxes are decreased, and the efficiency can be enhanced. Furthermore, precision of dimensions in installing a rotor 3 can be enhanced.
