Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve tying operativity by cutting a single tying band from a tying band coupled body by lever operation, winding the tying band around an object to be tied, pressing its tip for squeezing, and cutting off an excessive part wherein a series of these operations can be continuously performed.
SOLUTION: A tying band coupled body comprising a plurality of tying bands formed with a plurality of locking claws on a surface coupled in parallel is bent into an approximately U-shape and set on an installing part. A rear end of a receive 11b of the tying band 11 is pressed by advancement of feed cut levers 13, 16 due to operation of levers, and the single tying band 11 is cut off by a cutter. The cut-off tying band 11 is brought into a state that it surrounds around an object to be tied set on a notch 12 due to pivoting of a pivoting guide arm 23, then a tip 11a of the tying band 11 is inserted into an insertion hole 11e of the receive, and a tying part is squeezed by the tying band 11 being pulled, and thereafter an excessive part of the tying band 11 is removed by the cutter.
