Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a tying machine for long-sized vegetables of which size can be made compact to save a space, and which can improve the tying efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of stretchable arms 10-13 are projected from a rotor which is axially supported between right and left side plates, in the radial directions with a fixed interval in the circumferential direction. Then, a carrying mechanism which can intermittently rotate a fixed quantity of articles B to be tied being gripped by a gripping mechanism 26 at respective tips of the stretchable arms 10-13, under a vertical condition, is provided. An aligning mechanism 2 which makes the base side end surface of articles (b)... to be tied meet respective stop locations of the stretchable arms 10-13 in the rotating direction in order while corresponding with respective stop locations, a tying mechanism 4 which ties the fixed quantity of the articles B to be tied by a hut-affixing with an adhesive tape, and a finishing mechanism Which presses, pushes down and affixes the standing terminal end part of the adhesive tape of the fixed quantity of the articles B to be tied, which has been tied, are arranged.
