Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of the tying work by stopping the rising and falling movement of a tying arm even when the tying work is carried out by one hand.
SOLUTION: A contact section 9 is protruded out of the end of a tying head 3 and the contact section 9 is brought into contact with a human hand prior to the contact of the end of the tying head 3, and the contact section 9 is so formed as to encircle a tape end gripping section 4 to divide a contact space zone so that the contact section 9 is brought into contact with the hand of a worker even when the hand is around the tape end gripping section 4. A base end 101 of a stopper bar 10 is set rotatably on a tying arm 2 and a switch 11 for stopping a motor by the rotation of the stopper bar is set on the tying arm, and when the tying arm is rotated in the falling direction of the tying arm, the contact section is brought into contact with the hand of the worker to rotate the stopper bar and stop the rotation of the tying bar in the falling direction of the tying arm. The rising and falling movement of the tying arm can be stopped even by one hand by the arrangement to carry out the required work and improve the efficiency.
