The tying material 1 comprises a multilayer film comprising a base-material film 2 and an adhesive layer 3, formed on one side of the base- material film 2, which has a softening point lower than that of the base-material film 2. Or the material 1 comprises a tapelike stuff obtained by cutting the multilayer film into a specific width. And it has a distinguishing means for distinguishing between the base-material film 2 and the adhesive layer 3. It is preferable that the distinguishing means be formed by using a color difference, gloss difference, or recess-projection difference.
