PURPOSE: To provide a member for fastening a string of a coat or hood, or a shoestring in a one-touch manner without a work of tying them with fingers since it is troublesome to tie them under putting on winter grooves or the like.

CONSTITUTION: The tying strip stopper is constituted by a pair of plate-like small pieces 1 and 2 which have Hook-and-Loop fastener A-face 3 and B-face 4 on each surface and a through hole 5, respectively. The tying strip with a stopper has the tying strip stoppers movably attached on both sides of a tying strip. The tying strip stopper can be fixed on an arbitrary position of the tying strip, and it can tie and fasten the strips by only meeting and pressing both A-piece 1 and B-piece 2 of the Hook-and-Loop fastener. Consequently, the strip can be fastened by one shot motion without using any finger everytime when the strip is to be fasten, and has an unmeasurablly wide application range of tying strips for a coat, a food, a shoe string, and a temporary binding of vouchers at a bank, a government office, etc.
