To provide a tying-up apparatus which can tie up quickly and inexpensively matters to be bundled such as long articles including wastes.

The tying-up apparatus comprises a main body frame 1 having at its center a space 1A wherethrough the matters B to be bundled are passed through, a ring member 2 which is supported, being rotative, against the main body frame 1, a driving means 3 which rotates the ring member 2, a tying-up belt supply device 4 fixed to the ring member 2, a sealer unit 5 provided so as to approach to and retreat from the matters B to be bundled, and a conveyance means 6 which conveys the matters B to be bundled in the direction passing through the space 1A.
