Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a shearing strain generated along the folded part of a carcass, in a type for emergency in which a rubber gage between the adjacent plies of two layers structure carcass is thinned.
SOLUTION: This tyre is provided with a carcass 4 extended from one side of a pair of bead cores 1a, 1b to the other side continuously and formed by piling and arranging two plies 2, 3 wound back from the inside of a tyre to the outside respectively around bead cores 1a, 1b. The distance between cords between the adjacent plies 2, 3 of the carcass 4 is made to 0.3 mm or less. In the carcass 4, the end 7a of the ply folded back part 7 near the outside of the tyre is positioned to the tyre diameter direction outer than the end 8a of the ply folded back part 8 near the inside of tyre.
