Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a low-viscosity milky lotion-like W/O emulsified cosmetic, excellent in feel when used and good in stability with time.
CONSTITUTION: The objective cosmetic comprises (A) at least one kind of polyglycerin fatty acid ester, (B) glycerin, (C) an oil base and (D) water. The total amount of the components A, B and C accounts for 50-75wt.% of the final composition.
