Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a w/o-type emulsion cosmetic having high moisture- retaining property and applicability and exhibiting excellent and durable skin- protecting effect.
CONSTITUTION: The objective who-type emulsion cosmetic contains (A) an amphiphatic lipid at least containing a hydroxyl group, an amide bond and two long-chain hydrocarbon groups, wherein the hydroxyl group and the amide bond are positioned between the above two long-chain hydrocarbon groups, (B) a high-polymer silicone and (C) a volatile silicone.
