Title:
VIBRATION/ROTATION TYPE EXCAVATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2833641
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To apply fine vibration impact force, rotating force, and pressure advance force and perform an efficient excavation by transmitting the fine vibration by a hydraulic servo cylinder and the rotation by a hydraulic motor to an excavating tool fitted to a main shaft.
CONSTITUTION: A connecting tube 8a and an excavating tool 8b are fitted to the tip of a main shaft 1, and a hydraulic servo cylinder 2 and a hydraulic motor 6 are operated. Strong fine vibration is generated by the hydraulic servo cylinder 2, and the main shaft 1 is rotated via gears 7, 5 at the same time. A frame 9 is moved downward, the fine vibration impact, rotation, and pressure advance of the excavating tool 8b at the tip of the main shaft 1 are concurrently and multiplicatively applied to excavate the ground. Fine vibration is transmitted to the excavating tool 8b at the tip of the main shaft 1 from fitting plates 3, 3 fixing both rods of the hydraulic servo cylinder 2 via rotary thrust bearings 4a, 4b. When the advance is completed or the excavating tool 8b is replaced, the frame 9 is moved upward, a device A is moved upward, and the connecting tube 8a is removed from the tip of the main shaft 1 in sequence.
