In the radiation type air conditioning device including a heat exchanger capable of being installed indoors and including one or more heat exchange tubes in which a liquid heat medium supplied from heat medium supply means can be circulated, and executing cooling and/or heating by heat exchange and radiation, a net-like cover is disposed to cover a surface of the heat exchanger. A water supply tube may be disposed at an upper portion of the cover to supply humidification water thereto.
