Abstract:

To provide a W/O type seasoning oil having natural well-cooked feeling like that after long cook while produced in a short time, delicious taste components of which are easily attached to noodles or rice granules when used for noodles, soup-poured rice, or the like, as diluted soup so as to impart rich and homogeneous feeling on the tongue and such flavor to the noodles, soup-poured rice, or the like, from the beginning to the end of eating; and to provide diluted soup using the seasoning oil.

The W/O type seasoning oil comprises an aqueous part and an oil-and-fat part, wherein the aqueous part of an oil-insoluble liquid granule has a maximum diameter of 2-50 μm.
