PURPOSE: To get a cheap feeding device with a simple constitution by providing a detector for exclusive use in each conveyor to form an independent and simple control mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: Tyre chips 11 are supplemented to an input-hopper 19 by operating the third conveyor 16 through the third control device 27 and when they reach the specified quantity the third conveyor 16 is stopped. When the quantity of tyre chips 11 inside a sending-in hopper 17 of the third conveyor 16 is decreased, the second detector 23 detects this state and it forces the second conveyor 14 to operate through the second control device 24 until the quantity of the tyre chips reaches the specified quantity to supplement tyre chip and consequently the sending-in hopper 17 is filled with tyre chips ceaselessly. When the quantity of tyre chips 11 on the second conveyor 14 is decreased, the first detector 20 detects this state and forces the first conveyor 13 to operate through the first control device 21 and thereby the tyre chaps 11 are supplemented onto the second conveyor 13 uniformly until the quality thereof reaches the specified quantity and consequently the tyre chips 11 are loaded uniformly on the second conveyor 14 ceaselessly.
