The columnar body holding unit 21 comprises a groove-shaped receiving surface 22 to be abutted on inner and outer surfaces and an end face of a leg piece part of the U-shaped columnar body 40 and a planar receiving part 23 to receive a columnar body part 41 of the U-shaped columnar body 40.
