A U-shaped locking device carrying implement is independent as an implement and can be coupled and fixed to an appropriate place of a vehicle body. Using the implement consisting of one back plate 1, two angle vertical plates 3-1, 3-2, one horizontal plate 2, and one fixing band 4, a round iron bar of the U-shaped locking device is held outside the two angle vertical plates, and a key portion of the U-shaped locking device is placed on the upper portion of the horizontal plate. In addition, the horizontal plate on which the key portion is placed is fixed by disposing the fixing band from the backside to the front of the back plate, and the U-shaped locking device is fixed.
