To browse a Web page of a commodity printed on an advertisement leaflet or the like in one's own personal computer.
This URL (Uniform Resource Locator) information provision system is installed with a server having a database storing URL information of the commodity Web page, a two-dimensional code (a QR code) is made to store a URL of the server including a commodity code, and the QR code is read by a cellphone. When accessing the server by use of the read URL, the URL information of the Web page of the corresponding commodity is retrieved from the commodity code included in the URL of the server and is written in a user-dedicated bookmark page. The URL information of the user-dedicated bookmark page is transmitted by mail to a PC mail address previously registered associatively with a machine number of the cellphone, the PC mail address is erased after the transmission, and the URL information of the user-dedicated bookmark page is written.
