Abstract:
This invention provides an USB port lock device which renders blockage of the USB port hard to be released to fulfill high reliability of security. In an USB port lock device L, a plug case 7 is inserted into a USB port to block the port and locks the blockage state by a locking pawl 811, which protrudes from a hole 73 of the plug case 7, fastening a slit 92 of an outer frame 91 of the USB port. In addition, the blockage state is held by a cylinder lock 2 in a locked state. To unplug the plug case 7 from the USB port, a specific key is inserted into a key hole 40 of the cylinder lock 2 to unlock the cylinder lock 2 and a lock release unit 41 releases the lock by pushing an inner cylinder 4 to the side of the plug case 7.
