Abstract:
To provide an ultraviolet curing-type coating material composition for coloration that is excellent in ultraviolet curability and produces a cured film having good appearance.SOLUTION: The ultraviolet curing-type coating material composition includes (A) a (meth)acrylic resin, (B) a photopolymerization initiator and (C) pigment, in which the (meth)acrylic resin has a (meth)acryloyl group in the side chain; and the pigment includes at least one kind selected from the group consisting of coloring pigments and brilliant pigments. In the composition, the pigment is included so that a cured film having a film thickness of 5 μm has a total light transmittance of 0% to 60%; a content of the (meth)acryloyl group is 1 mmol to 10 mmol per 1 g of the (meth)acrylic resin; an acid value of the (meth)acrylic resin is 0 mgKOH/g to 10 mgKOH/g; a weight average molecular weight of the (meth)acrylic resin is 2,000 to 60,000; and the (meth)acrylic resin includes a (meth)acrylic copolymer having a first functional group in the side chain and a (meth)acrylic monomer having a second functional group reactive with the first functional group.SELECTED DRAWING: None
