Abstract:

To provide a round fan made of paper whose fan leaf can be swung with only a handle being gripped.

The handle (30) is made up of two-layered cardboard in a substantially same shape, and the shaft cardboard has a shape composed of a gripping section (31) and a connecting section (32) disposed on top of the gripping section. The gripping section has a width which extends continuously in the longitudinal direction with a same size grippable with a hand. The connecting section has a width broader than that of the gripping section by extending each side edge obliquely, outside, and upward in a concave arc or a convex arc shape from each side edge of the gripping section. A base section of the fan leaf (20) is interposed between two layers of the connecting section and fastened each other. The cardboard of the fan leaf is preferable to be strengthened by being formed with reinforced portions, preferably of creases (22) in straight lines or in curved lines.
