Title:
ULTRA-HEAT-RESISTANT SELF-FUSING WIRE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007018838
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an ultra-heat-resistant self-fusing wire attachable with alcohol, suitable for manufacturing a voice coil for a speaker requiring heat resistance and allowing a voice coil using the self-fusing wire, to keep its coil shape, even in a heat atmosphere of 300°C or higher.

This super heat resistant self-fusing wire 5 is manufactured by adding 5-25 pts.wt. of an imide compound, 20-40 pts.wt. of a liquid bisphenol-A type epoxy resin, having an epoxy equivalent of 150-200, and 5-25 pts.wt. of an amino-based resin in 80-100 pts.wt. of a high-melting-point alcohol-soluble polyamide resin, having a high melting point above 150°C and below 200°C, and by applying an adhesive coating, prepared by dissolving it in an organic solvent to a surface of a conductor 1 via an insulating coating 2 to form a fused coating 3 by baking it.
