Title:
ULTRASONIC ATOMIZER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH03224655
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the power loss of a vibration system and to easily fabricate and assemble parts by fixing a vibrator phone to a cylinder through two elastic bodies provided between the node parts at two positions of the phone and the cylinder.

CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic vibration is imparted to the vibrator phone 3 fixed in a cylinder 2 through an electro-acoustic transducer element 4. Besides, a liq. feed passage 7 is formed between the cylinder 2 and a sleeve member 6 screwed on the cylinder 2. A thread part 5 and an engaging part 5a are formed between the cylinder 2 and the member 6. A liq. is supplied to the atomization part 3a formed at the tip of the phone 3 by a nozzle part 7a. The phone 3 is fixed to the cylinder 2 through two elastic bodies 10 and 11 provided between the cylinder 2 and the node parts 9a and 9b at the two positions of the phone 3. Consequently, the power loss of the vibration system is reduced, and the parts are easily fabricated and assembled.
