PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic body conductive auditory apparatus which may be mounted on various portions of a human body and always sufficiently transfers voices and sounds to an auditory substitution function of human.
SOLUTION: The auditory apparatus comprises a voice amplifier for amplifying voice or sound signals, a modulator for modulating the voice or sound signals to generate ultrasonic modulated signals, an output amplifier for amplifying the modulated signals fed from the modulator, and an ultrasonic transfer unit for converting the amplified ultrasonic modulated signals into physical vibrations and transferring the vibrations to an auditory function of the brain through the skin, muscles or the back of human. The voice amplifier comprises a filter for passing low frequency components of the voice or sound signals and a frequency multiplier for multiplying the low frequency components so that output signals contain the frequency-multiplied signals. A plurality of ultrasonic oscillators are disposed closely or like an array. It is constituted to input voice signals received by a telephone to the voice amplifier.
