PURPOSE: To provide an ultrasonic current meter, in which a predetermined range of outer wall surface of a first container, adapted for passing fluid to be measured, is surrounded by a second container filled with liquid, and transmission and reception of ultrasonic wave are effected through the liquid in the second container, whereby velocity of flow can be measured irrespective of shape and material of the container or environmental condition.
