Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic cutting device using a disk-like blade which shows excellent cutting performance stably to a workpiece made of hard and fragile material.SOLUTION: A bolt-fastening Langevin-type ultrasonic vibrator 15 is inserted into a rotation adaptor 3, and a support flange 16a of a hollow bolt 4 and a ring 10a for fixing which is attached to the rotation adaptor 3 are contacted to each other. Then, a ring 10b for fixing is screwed into the tip of the rotation adaptor 3, and a support flange 16b of the hollow bolt 4 and the ring 10b for fixing are contacted to each other, to support the bolt-fastening Langevin-type ultrasonic vibrator 15 and fix it to the rotation adaptor 3.
