Abstract:
To provide an ultrasonic cutting device cutting the material to be cut using a long blade-like blade body.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic cutting device comprises: a linear blade body; a tension-imparting member; a fixing frame forming a fixed-end fixing one end of the blade body and a tension-imparting end supporting the blade body while freely imparting tension at the other end of the blade body by the tension-imparting member; tension-imparting means imparting the tension to the blade body by the above member at the tension-imparting end of the fixing frame; first fixing means fixing one end of the blade body to the fixed-end of the fixing frame; second fixing means fixing the other end of the blade body to the tension-imparting member of the fixing frame tension-imparting end; a horn; ultrasonic vibration means; and ultrasonic vibration control means. The cutting device is configured: to support both ends of the long blade-like blade body at the position of a flexible vibration knot of a blade body side face; to evenly generate the flexible vibration by a blade side face by dabbing the tip of the ultrasonic vibration horn at the middle position of the above flexible vibration in such a state as applying the tension to the blade body; and to cut the material to be cut by pushing the blade body thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
