PURPOSE: To easily lead-out a cable with a prescribed length and to house the cable into a main body part by winding the cable to a block, setting the block along a housing part, which is provided in the main body part, with being freely travelable and leading-in the block to the housing part with a leading in means when activation is executed by an activating means.

CONSTITUTION: When a probe 3a is used, a block 5a is moved to a housing port by leading-out a cable 2a and locked and the cable 2a is led-out with the enough length to reach the human body. When the probe 3a is not used, a winding-up part 7a activates a motor M and winds-up a wire W, which is fit to the block 5a, by a reel R to be engaged to the motor M. Then, the block 5a is let-in by leading-in a metallic block 51. Accordingly, the block 5a is led-in by the wire W and the cable 2a is housed into a housing part 4a.
