To provide a radio communication ultrasonic diagnosis device, preventing a defective echo image resulting from deterioration of receiving condition while minimizing the deterioration of diagnostic capability, a data recovery method and a data recovery program.

The ultrasonic diagnosis device includes: an ultrasonic probe which receives ultrasonic echo from a subject and radio-transmits subject data thereof; and a device body configured to be radio communicable with the ultrasonic probe to receive the subject data, and displaying an echo image related to the subject data. The device body includes a determination unit for determining whether the subject data received from the ultrasonic probe are valid or invalid; an invalid data identification unit for identifying, in the case of invalid determination, invalid data related to the invalid determination in the subject data; and a data interpolation unit for interpolating and generating, in the case of the invalid determination, data corresponding to the invalid data based on valid data related to valid determination in the subject data.
