Abstract:
To enable recognition of the current position and direction of a probe while making a manual scanning coordinate system a background, without moving a line of sight from a display screen in a manual scanning step.SOLUTION: A manual scanning guide 78 is displayed in performing manual scanning of a probe. The manual scanning guide 78 is composed of a probe symbol 80 and a coordinate system symbol 82. The probe symbol 80 is composed of a position indicator 80a and a direction indicator 80b. When positional deviation in an X axial direction occurs, the probe symbol 80 moves vertically. When the direction of the probe is deviated from a Z axis, the probe symbol 80 performs an inclined motion (rotary motion).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
