Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform grain refining of speckles that are generated due to interference of a scattered echo signal derived from a scatterer to the minimum level and extract a microstructure with the speckles as a minimum unit of significant image information.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic device S includes: a transmission unit 12 which generates a drive signal and outputs the drive signal to an ultrasonic probe 2 to cause the ultrasonic probe 2 to generate a transmission ultrasonic wave; a reception unit 13 which receives an echo signal from the ultrasonic probe 2; a filtering unit 14c which adjusts the signal intensity of the echo signal to the signal intensity having a flattened frequency region; and an envelope detection unit 14d which generates ultrasonic image data from the echo signal with the adjusted signal intensity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
